This is also the time to discuss any concerns you may have, whether you're dealing with previous color corrections, unwanted warmth, breakage, grey coverage, or simply feeling stuck with your current look. Our goal is to create a clear plan before we begin so you feel confident in both the process and the expected outcome.
Once the consultation is complete and we've agreed on the plan, the transformation begins. If you're receiving a color service, your stylist will carefully apply the formula, monitoring it closely to achieve the perfect shade. This can take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours, depending on the complexity of the service, like balayage or highlights.
For cuts, your stylist will section your hair with precision, using their expertise to shape it according to the agreed-upon style. You can expect a relaxing shampoo and conditioning treatment, often followed by a scalp massage. Depending on the service, you might be at the shampoo bowl for a few minutes or a bit longer if deep conditioning treatments are involved.

The final stage of your appointment is where everything comes together. Once your color or blonding service is complete, your stylist will professionally blow dry and style your hair so you can see the full result of your transformation.

Before you leave, your stylist will also discuss how to care for your hair between appointments.
