Our Policies

At Hidden Beauty, we believe in being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have a question about any policy below, please feel free to contact our team.

SCHEDULING

Appointments that result in a No-Show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will be required to secure all future bookings with a deposit. Failure to pay the penalty may be grounds for refusal of service.

Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50%of service charge fee. Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% service charge fee.

Please do not be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. If you are later than 15 minutes, you will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the Same Day Cancellation Fee.

All clients are required to put a card on file at the time of scheduling, and payment in full is due at the time of service. In addition to penalty charges for single incidents, repeat violations of the policies laid out in this waiver may result in refusal of service or the requirement to leave a deposit prior to each scheduled appointment. This deposit is determined on a case-by-case basis and dependent on the service scheduled. Scheduling an appointment and putting your card on file means that you understand and accept all policies laid out in this waiver and authorize the penalty fees to be charged for missed/late/no-show appointments.

SICK POLICY

If you are sick or have symptoms, your hairstylist must be notified and your appointment rescheduled. If you arrive at your appointment and appear sick, the appointment will be canceled. Please be considerate of all others in the facility.

Children

To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we ask only children to be brought to their own appointments for their personal services. Otherwise, we do not allow children in the salon. Failure to follow this policy you will kindly be asked to reschedule to another day or time and may be subject to the same-day cancelation fee.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on service charges or product sales. We are constantly working on raising the bar on services, our salons as well as artists. If for any reason you feel unsatisfied and have questions or concerns, please contact us by phone at (209) 419-7929

Hair Extensions

We do not allow clients to purchase their own hair outside of our salon. When it comes to hair extensions, we have a standard of quality that requires an equally exceptional product. For more information about extensions visit our services page.
